President Boakai Makes More Government Appointments
Executive Mansion, Monrovia – The President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has made several significant appointments within the Government of Liberia, naming officials to strategic positions across key public institutions.
The appointments are as follows:
Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS)
1. Dr. Augurie E. Stevens – Superintendent
Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) Board of Directors
1. Mr. Albert N. Forh – Chairman
2. Ambassador Christian Neufville – Member
Independent National Commission on Human Rights of Liberia (INCHR)
1. Mr. David Nya Dolo – Commissioner with statutory responsibility for Education, Training, and Information
Liaison Officer for the Establishment of the National Rail Authority
1. Mr. Ignatius Saymel Neepaaye – Liaison Officer
The President expressed confidence that the newly appointed officials will serve with diligence, integrity, and commitment to advancing the national interest and improving the delivery of public services.
He further encouraged the appointees to bring their experience and professionalism to bear in the discharge of their duties for the benefit of the Liberian people.
Where applicable, these appointments are subject to confirmation by the Liberian Senate in keeping with law.
